What’s ZEROGYM?

ZEROGYM is the gym specialized for removing fatigues and improving your job performance level. You can refresh your body and brain by doing stretches andmeditation in our peaceful and lounge-like studio.
Q2
What should I bring for the class? Can I rent?

You will move your body during a class, so please prepare things below.
・comfort wear
・bottle of water (500ml is good)
We offer you a yoga mat for free.
If you forget those listed above, you can buy them at the front desk.
For more details, please check the optional menu on our website.
※We will do the class in barefoot so you don’t need to bring shoes

Do you have a trial lesson?
A3
It depends on the class. We have a trial lesson (2,980yen/ excluding tax) for Fatigue Recovery Program, Advanced Posture Fixing Program, and Concentration Program.
※We don’t have trial lesson for Power Nap and Morning Meditation Program.
Q4
Are there a locker room and shower room in the facility?
A4
We have a locker room but there is no shower room.
In the locker room, there are some hooks on the wall so you can put your suits or coats on them.

I’m interested in the lesson but this is my first time to try so I feel nervous.

We offer trial lessons for beginners. Also, before the trial, we will offer a consultation time and explain about the class flow, so don’t be nervous!

How can I register?

After the trial lesson, the instructor will explain about plans, fees, and registration procedure. She will suggest the best plan for you through a consultation.

Can you tell me what I need for the registration?

Please bring cash or credit card which you want to use for the payment.

Is there any membership agreement or TOS?

Yes, we have a membership agreement. We will send you an email including the URL of membership agreement form at the time you register to ZEROGYM.
About the day of the lesson
Q1
Can you tell me how I can get the studio?
A1
From Sendagaya St.
When you exit the ticket gate, you’ll see the Excelsior Caffe on your right.
Please go along the road in front of the caffe until you come to the first traffic signal.
Then when you cross the street, you will see a building in front of you and ZEROGYM is on the 8th floor of the building. Please take the first entrance on the right to get in.
From Kokuritsukyougizyo St.
Please take the A5 exit after exiting from the ticket gate and go along the road until you come to the JR Sendagaya St. From there, please follow the direction above.

In the case I forget to bring my membership card, can I still take the lesson?

Yes, you can, but you need to tell us your name and phone number.
Q3
On the day of the trial lesson, what time should I be there?
A3
We will explain about the class and how to use the locker room, so please come to the studio about 20 minutes before the class starts.
If you take a Power Nap Program or Morning Meditation Program, please arrive at the studio about 15 minutes prior to the class.

How long will it take?

It depends on where you take the lesson. It takes 60 minutes for one lesson in Shinjuku studio and 75 minutes in Sendagaya.
On the day of a trial lesson, please come to the studio 20 minutes before the class starts. If you decide to be a member after taking the trial, it will take about 10 minutes to register.

Can I still take a lesson even if I get sick, injured, or pregnant?

It depends on how serious the injury and the disease are, so please contact us personally first. We are sorry but those who get pregnant are not allowed to take a class.
In terms of safety, we are sorry but people over 60 are also not allowed to take a class.

Is it ok to join or leave in the middle of a lesson?

We are sorry but it’s not allowed.
In the case you don’t feel well, you can take a rest in the studio.

At ZEROGYM, everyone takes a trial lesson first and then considers whether to be a member or not. On the day of the trial, we will propose the best plan for you.
Q2
How can I reserve a lesson? When do I need to reserve by?
A2
After the registration, you can access to the reservation page for the members and reserve lessons there.
We take reservations up to one hour before the class starts.You can also reserve a class at the front desk.

How many lessons can I reserve at the same time?

It depends on which plan you registered for.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation until 11:59pm of the day before the class.
If someone cancel a class by the deadline, we will send emails to those on the waiting list to notice that.
Q5
When I cancel a class, what happens to my ticket and class fee?
A5
If you cancel a class by 11:59pm on the day before the class, there is no cancelation fee. But if you cancel a class on the day of the class, it will be considered as taken or we will charge you 1,500yen as the cancelation fee.
※We don’t accept you to take a rescheduled lesson, if you cancel the class on that day.

Is there any chance that a class will be canceled?

In some circumstances, yes it can happen. For example, sound or lighting system malfunction, natural disasters, instructors’ conditions, etc.

I want to take time off from lessons, but can I do that?
I want to cancel the contract but how can I do that?

In both cases, you need to hand in the designated form. We will send you an email including the URL of the form, so please fill out it and send it back to us.
Also, in both cases, you need to notice us by the end of 2 months before.
That means you still need to pay for the membership fee on that month you request the procedure and next month.
If you want to take time off from lessons, there is no handling fee and you can still take a class by paying each time.

I used to be a member of this gym, and I want to register again.
What do I need to do for re-registration? Should I pay for the administrative fee again?

In the case you had canceled membership
We will charge you 20,000yen as the registration fee.
In the case you took time off from lessons
We won’t charge you any handling fee. Please contact us by a week before the restart day and complete the process of registration. After that, you can reserve lessons again!

Can I pay the monthly fee by credit card, devid card, or cash?

We accept only cash and credit cards for the payment.

I need a receipt but what should I do?

We will issue it at the front desk, so please let us know.

Can you refund for the ticket even after the credit card payments had already gone through?

We are sorry but we won’t refund basically.
(In the case you have special reasons, such as sudden health problems, please fill in the designated form and submit it. Then we will refund if the reason is appropriate.)

We are sorry but we don’t have it. Please take a train or use parking lots around here.

What kind of facilities and amenities do you have in the studio?

We have body sheets for free, lockers, and hooks in the locker room.
We also have clothes, towels, and bottles of water for rental.

I lost my membership card but what should I do?

We can reissue the card but it costs 300yen.

Is there any cautionary points and rules for using the studio?

Please let us know in advance if you have any chronic disease or get injured.
Also, please be mindful of other members when you are in our facility.

To get good effect, how many times a month do you recommend taking a lesson?

To realize the effect, we recommend you taking class once a week.
Taking classes periodically makes it easy to keep your body and brain in good condition.
